so much for a blizzard! we headed up to visit our friends and ski at hunter this past weekend... we saw friends, but didn't ski - i was not feeling it at all - too cold for my liking. yes, i know - skiing happens in winter, winter is cold.. but it was excessively cold for me - like in the single digits with wind.. i'm out. Instead, we headed over to Woodstock for lunch and to walk around, and en route, we took a drive by the place where my uncle had his motorcycle accident 7 years ago. the marker is no longer there - it's a bad turn, so it could have gotten hit, plowed over, removed b/c of road construction.. so in the spring, we'll replace it.
